Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not offer local delivery, in-store pickup or international shipping at this time.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rtag@deerequipment.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines>

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These categories include drinkware, utensils, and anything used for food consumption.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if a gift card, a new digital gift card will be issued to the email address on file), within 15 days, but may vary based on your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages/Defective Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit our return page here: https://rtagshop.returnscenter.com/

Use of a Promo Code

If you use a promo code on our website to make a purchase and you return that item within 45 days of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount that you paid for the item after the promo code was applied. You will not be credited for shipping costs of the item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased or purchased using a RTAG Shop issued gift card and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You are responsible for any shipping costs on return orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
